App in sidebar is oriented incorrectly

when the notes-app is in the sidestage of a tablet, it is always oriented wrong.

When looking at the tablet in landscape mode, the notes app in side-stage should be in portrait mode, but instead it is in landscape mode with the title on the left-side of the sidestag, and the bottom of the view on the right side of the screen. So text is written bottom-to-top instead of left-to-right. When switching the tablet to portrait mode, the notes app goes in portrait mode but should go in landscape mode, so the same problem appears again.

same happens to the phone-app, but clock-app and calendar-app work fine in the sidestage (they don't change orientation)
