Notes don't collapse correctly

The most basic functionalities of the notes-app are not working on my touch device. You cannot save a note as tapping outside of the note or tapping on the header of the notes app does not collapse the current note.

steps to reproduce the bug.
1. Open the note app.
2. try to type something into the note and tap outside of its area, or tap on the header

What should happen:
the currently active note shall collapse as if it was saved.

What happens:
Nothing.

Currently there's a known issue where if the tap on the header is not very precise the note won't collapse (even a few pixels between touch and release will not trigger a tap). This indeed needs to be fixed.

Reopening the bug because the fix didn't really fix the issue, which seems to be caused by a problem in the SDK component InverseMouseArea

The problem mentioned above has been confirmed by the SDK team and a bug filed to track it:

In the meantime it should be possible to put in place a workaround that doesn't use the InverseMouseArea until it's fixed again.

with latest notes-app Installed: 1.4+13.10.20130716-0ubuntu1, clicking outside of an expanded note does in fact collapse it. Will leave this bug open, as single clicking in the header should also collapse. Currently you must double click in the header.

I’m not seeing that: I can collapse the current note with a single tap on the header.
Note that it has to be a precise tap, I have to tap with the tip of my finger for it to work. I’m seeing the same kind of issue with tapping buttons in the toolbar in applications though, so I don’t think it’s a problem specific to the notes-app, more likely we need to better accommodate for users with "fat fingers" like me.

This is extremely bad on the mako. I am not sure why notes exhibits this symptom vs other apps and uses.
Also not clear why manta and maguro work better.

I'm marking this bug as fix committed as well to reflect this.
