[notepad] Swipe to delete should work on expanded notes too

When a note is expanded, the swipe to delete behavior should still be active, allowing to delete the note that way.

Currently it's not possible to initiate a slide-to-delete gesture on top of a TextArea, due to the way TextArea is implemented in the SDK.
This will make it not possible to fix this bug.
