Sort order for multi-CD albums is a jumbled mess

Bug Description
I have a multi-CD album that has CD number and track number in the metadata, and Noise displays those numbers in the UI seemingly correctly. However, the ordering of tracks in the album goes like this:
CD1 track 1, CD2 track 10, CD2 track 11, CD1 track 2, CD1 track 3, CD2 track 3...
And so on. Interestingly enough, it seems to affect all versions from Luna to the latest 0.4 experimental code.
