like in foobar2000 - if i want to listen tracks from portable device Noise shouldn't import them to library but instead simply show them on playlist.

I have actuallt something better (?) to suggest. Indeed, we should be able to drag-and-drop files from Files, whether we are talking about from the HDD or from a portable device. But then a popup message should appear asking us if we want to import those files or just read them. I am willing to pay for this, like 25-30€.
