It is only shown in Noise when you click on it on pantheon-files.
The audio disc should be shown when a CD is in the PC.

Same issue here. Wow 2 years old issue and this bug still exist.

As you know, elementary OS is built with code submitted mostly by volunteers. Some issues do not present interest for them.
