Bug Description

I didn't use Noise for quite a while (several weeks) and after I did all upgrades today it crashed while starting.

Unfortunately apport doesn't seem to recognize the crash (anymore). So I ran it with gdb:

(gdb) run -d
Starting program: /usr/bin/noise -d
