Similar list changes when playing a music from this list

Here is the scenario: I'm playing a song from my library and want to hear songs that are similiar to this one, so I go to the Similar playlist and choose one from there. When this new song starts to play, the Similiar playlist is updated to match it and I will no longer hear to songs that are similar to the first one. It kind of defeats the purpose of this playlist, since it becomes an smart shuffle that guides to through all your library, smoothly changing the mood.

My suggestion is to give the option to not update the playlist if it is currently playing, so we can either hear to songs similar to a specific song or get in a smooth journey through all your music.
