noise appear wrongly in the Sound Menu

In Ubuntu 12.10 noise doesn't appear properly in the sound menu.
It has the buttons, but it doesn't show the details of the currently played track.
I use noise version 0.4+r1136-0+pkg29~quantal1

--also affects Raring build.

For me sound indicator is stuck displaying a random song no matter what's currently playing. No album art either.

I have it specified in both org.canonical.indicator.sound.interested-media-players and org.canonical.indicator.sound.preferred-media-players

Does noise support MPRIS2?

If not, how about adding MPRIS2 support through contractor?
