Bug Description

Hi

I'm a Chinese user and have lots of songs with chinese names
And i find chinese character is not supported very well
(maybe it's the same for other asian characters)

The encoding used by noise is UTF-8. There are some wrong assumptions made about tag encoding though. I will look into that later.

UTF-8 is good in general, a encoding switcher in settings may help.
