Drawings move at different speed while the "move all" button is pressed

Steps to reproduce:

1) Draw and release 3 tags

2) Keep the "move all" button pressed while moving the analog sticks

3) The tags move at different speeds relative to each other

Should be:

All tags should move at the same speed and keep their relative position to each other when the "move all" button is pressed.
