Stuck on searching for other computer. Manual setup not working either

Ubuntu 12.04 amd64 Tried manual setup but can't find other computer that way either. Tried changing 'Broadcast port' to 41721 as per previous bug report but no show.

Have discovered it is to do with ufw (as per https://answers.launchpad.net/nitroshare/+question/203503 ) so will try to work out how to get it working with ufw. Any help on this (i.e. commands needed) would be gratefully appreciated.

change the broadcast back to 41720, and in terminal try these commands

`sudo ufw allow 41720`

`sudo ufw allow 41721`

That was meant to be code, I keep forgetting that launchpad does not have markup,

so just these one at a time in terminal (password needed)

sudo ufw allow 41720

sudo ufw allow 41721

Brilliant, thank you Mateo Salta. Thanks for the help.

 I used those commands to change the port allowances and now have one computer seeing and sending files to the second. However the second computer cannot see the first yet.
ufw verbose status the same on each, and as far as I can tell the Nitroshare settings are the same on each. The only difference I see now is that the little graphic showing two computers and the text '(Select Machine)' isn't showing on the second computer.

This will require more pondering :)

Converting to question, about the setup of UFW. Since configuring ufw solved the problem.
