Screensaver starts while game is running

The game does not prevent the screensaver from starting.

This has been a problem when exhibiting the game (Indie Connect Prelude 2011 Berlin).

Discovered on Mac OS X when playing fullscreen.

Solution: There is a 'disable screensaver' option, which is enabled per default.

I would like the following solution, if that's doable:

Prevent the screensaver in fullscreen mode, but allow it in windowed mode. Not configurable.

I would prefer that to a special option in the options menu.

After some research, I don't think, there is an easy cross-platform way to disable the screensaver at all. :(

http://gqview.sourceforge.net has an option to disable screensaver, however I'm not sure that tool is cross-platform.

A solution might be to move the mouse 1px to the right and back to the left every 1 minute and make that option disable-able in the options.
