Bug Description

When creating a foreground layer and switching to it, it will show the main layer static starting from the center of the screen, while the foreground layer still moves, but does not show the main layer in the right position. ( The background layers are at the right positions! )

We are not quite sure that we have understood your bug description, but we couldn't reproduce that bug.

What layer distance did you set for the foreground layer? Should be 1 or higher...

We are aware that the layer system is pretty complex and not very intuitive. I tried to explain the standard behaviour in the tutorial:

"When using different distances for the layers, the actual offset of each layer will always be displayed correctly. This results in the camera visually jumping to another point when switching layers, although the cursor coordinates actually remain the same."

Is it possible that you were suspecting a bug because of getting confused with what's happening on screen?

Well, first off; the bug fixed itself. I cant recreate it anymore. Secondly; X and Y were both 0. Thirdly; how does the picture look like? I am pretty sure it looks like a bug to anybody.

First, sorry for the late reply! I think, the problem was that x and y were both zero... maybe what you experienced was not really a bug, but just a strange behaviour, since the setup for the layer distance didn't make sense? Anyway, thanks for the report and we will be looking into this issue again!
