new realise 11.2.1 don't run properly in Windows

Bug Description
The new realise is not running well in my computer, last one was perfect. 11.2.1 is going slowly, nearly frozen, for example the twinckle of the stars is so slow, more that one second the completed cycle... passing fast the time is going by step instead to flow continuasly.
My system is a Intel Core 2 Quand CPU Q8300 2.5 Ghz and 4Gb RAM, running windows 7 Home Premium

Edit the config.ini and ensure the nscontrol attribute under [main] is set to false. There's a known performance issue with regards to shared memory/database resources specific to Windows platforms.
