Bug Description
When I try to define proxy_cache_bypass from a map variable it changes the value of the variable.
Tested with nginx/1.18.0 on alpine:3.12

The NGINX version in Alpine Linux is not the version in Ubuntu. This is not the NGINX upstream project at nginx.org - please file your bugs against NGINX upstream, not here. The NGINX project here on Launchpad is community-run and not the official NGINX project.
