libusb from repository does not install

Note: the original reporter indicated the bug was in package 'libusb'; however, that package was not published in Nexenta Operating System.

Updating the repository used to involve breaking the Packages/Sources files while the repository update was happening. As commits to the repository are atomic (due to a snapshot upgrade mechanism) this should no longer be an issue.
