Bug Description
the bug is actually against devzone, but I'm not able to select it in launchpad's menu.. and it wont allow me to add a new one.
The control file needs to add xsltproc docbook-xsl as dependencies, as build fails otherwise

Confirmed.. devzone uses xsltproc.
