wish binary is improperly linked in tk8.4

Bug Description

{{{
ld.so.1: wish8.4: fatal: libtk8.4.so: open failed: No such file or directory
Killed
}}}

the binary seems to be linked explicitly to this, but the tk8.4 package installs libtk8.4.so.0. adding a symlink fixes this.

Note: the original reporter indicated the bug was in package 'tk8.4'; however, that package was not published in Nexenta Operating System.

the same thing holds for libtcl8.4.so - wish fails to start for the same reason.

Still exists in NCP2, its likely the source build creates libtk8.4.so during the build and then moves this to the correct name after wish/tk8.4 have been linked.
