Fped is too memory intensive

Calculation of pedrigree is too memory intensive for big simulations

Because of this I cannot perform comparisons with old simulations.

I don't know why to calculate this at the end of all replicates. It should be otained after each replicate as pedegrees are independent.

Also an option to disable this would be welcomed (As not always will be required)

I have disabled this code. I will correct this performance bug in the next days.
