 it should be have a line for each age class and It only appears one

This one is solved, but the chart looks pretty bad with lots of age groups.

The mess in this chart is caused by "bad simulations". The burnin period should be long enough to allow age-structure equilibrium for the specific vital rates. Furthermore a big number of replicates is needed to smooth this chart.
In optimal situation, this chart should show parallel lines (age-structure equlibrium. Culling would produce interferences in this equilibrium.

PS. I will provide a standard config that would have the age-struct eq. at the beginning of the simulation.
