If number of newborns is constant the population size will change until reach an equilibrium,
There is a defined age structure at equilibrium. In such A-S there is a % representing newborns. Then the user should provide a cohort size to obtain the desired population size at A-S equilibrium. If the starting A-S (user-defined) is quite different to the eq. A-S, then such an equilibrium would be reached very slowly. So there is some relevance in choose the starting parameters. I'll write a guide on this.
