Bug Description

Check in the official bulletin how to handle products with value < 1 euro and update the code.

Note : DEB lines with value = 0 are rejected by prodouane, according to a customer (not tested myself).

I can confirm that point.
Due to rounding, this is 0,5€ actually as 0,9 becomes 1€.

Elle doit être indiquée en euros pour chaque ligne de déclaration en arrondissant à l’unité entière la
plus proche. Les lignes comportant une valeur arrondie à zéro (ou comportant une valeur négative) ne
doivent pas être déclarées.

This bug is fixed in rev 50 of the tunk branch.
