Bug Description
When doing a PUT for an attachment, the identifier of the attachment itself is encapsulated in a port element, as follows:
<port>
<attachment-
</port>
The specification states that the request body should contain a reference to the interface being attached. For this reason it should not be encapsulated in a port structure.
