OVN invalid syntax '' in networks

On a 2023.2 based deployment with OVN as the ML2 driver, I see the following in ovn-northd logs every 30 seconds or so:
2024-09-03T18:34:42.985Z|03113|ovn_util|INFO|invalid syntax '' in networks

This setup is 3 controller/network nodes in HA with non-distributed routing setup. OVN version is 23.09.

This is an issue in OVN, not Neutron. In any case, because that could be caused because of the current configuration, can you provide a dump of the OVN NB Logical_Switch, Logical_Switch_Ports and Logical_Router_Ports tables? It could be useful to also have the Neutron DB "networks", "ports" and "ipamallocations"
