[OVN] The ``MaintenanceWorker`` shoudl register the "Private_Chassis" table in the SB connection

Bug Description

Since [1], the ``MaintenanceWorker`` uses the "Private_Chassis" table to perform a database clean up of the duplicated "Private_Chassis" and "Chassis" registers. This table should be added to the IDL connection.
