[fullstack] Reduce the CI job time

The "neutron-fullstack-with-uwsgi" job usually takes between 2 and 3 hours, depending on the node used. It is not practical to have a CI job so long that, at the same time, is not very stable.

    [fullstack] Unify ``TestMTUScenarios`` tests

    In order to reduce the time spent by the "fullstack" CI job, this
    patch is merging the ``TestMTUScenarios`` in one single test.
