Network components in Neutron

- [x] This doc is inaccurate in this way: “ Linux-based operating systems implement firewalls through iptables.” This is wrong, iptables is just a user interface. The firewall functionality is done by netfilter.

    Remove some invalid text from the network component doc

    Just describe what a firewall does, not its implemenation
    details. This text was copied from elsewhere and mentioning
    iptables is outdated and not correct.
