Bug Description

The existing scenario in tempest plugin - https://github.com/openstack/neutron-tempest-plugin/blob/6e4d04071bbe672839c791d0f60ebab038c9a3de/neutron_tempest_plugin/scenario/test_dns_integration.py - does validate that regular resolution (hostname to IP) works, but not vice versa (reverse DNS, using PTR records).

This feature is supported by ml2/ovn and ml2/ovs and ideally should be validated end-to-end by the plugin.
