Bug Description

This bug is related to:

The goal of this bug is to track the removal of the CLI code of the python-neutronclient project.

The migration of the python bindings from this repository to openstacksdk is being tracked in https://bugs.launchpad.net/neutron/+bug/1999774.

Yes, neutronclient no longer provides CLI to the users.
