systemctl start openvswitch

should be

systemctl start openvswitch-switch

Hello Sharif:

The Open vSwitch switch service name depends on the OS. Ubuntu's name is "openvswitch-switch", Red Hat/Fedora/CentOS' name is "openvswitch".

I think this should be mentioned. It took me long time to figure out. Also what packages to install as well on the OS. Im using ubuntu 22.04, not really familiar on this part so I installed all packages related to that name
