Open vSwitch: High availability using DVR in Neutron doesn't reflect environments using ovs firewall driver w/out qbr

True, the qbr bridge is only required when using the hybrid firewall driver. I'm not sure how quickly someone will get around to updating any of these pictures as we've changed to using OVN as the default now.
