Bug Description

Since 3rd of Sept job networking-ovn-tempest-dsvm-ovs-release in neutron check queue is failing 100% times.

We have 2 options:
1) stop compiling modules, https://review.opendev.org/#/c/661065/
2) ask OVS folks to cherry-pick https://github.com/openvswitch/ovs/commit/7857a9b4fcdb2679687b8a1a0e0f666ee3bbba6b to branch-2.11

Looks that this issue is fixed by patch https://review.opendev.org/#/c/680066/ to networking-ovn repo.
