neutron-tempest-with-uwsgi job finish with timeout very often

I checked only this one example failure so far but it looks for me that all was running fine for some time and than suddently all tests started failing, exactly since:

In apache logs I see that around this time many "500" responses started happening:

But in neutron-api logs there is nothing wrong:

It has to be investigated why it happens like that.

This isn't problem anymore. I don't know exactly why it runs better now but lets close this bug for now.
