Bug Description

Example of failure:

http://logs.openstack.org/48/665548/4/check/neutron-functional/f6d6447/testr_results.html.gz

But from journal log in this job's results it looks that this missing namespace was existing earlier. So maybe it's some race condition or slow down of node? It has to be checked.

I didn't saw such failures for long time. Lets close this bug now.
