BGP dynamic routing in neutron

It should say EX

Configure the driver
bgp_speaker_driver = neutron_dynamic_routing.services.bgp.agent.driver.os_ken.driver.OsKenBgpDriver

Yes, this looks like an oversight. Simple fix in the networking guide. This should be backported to stable/stein as well.
