Some Gate jobs are failing for stable/ocata, is there any known issues with the stable/ocata branch.

https://review.openstack.org/#/c/648046/ should help for functional tests random failure, and I am writing a follow up launchpad on tempest tests. But at least for this 100% failure, we have a fix out
