q-dhcp crashes with guru meditation on ironic's grenade

Ironic grenade is broken on master with DHCP timeouts when booting nodes on Rocky. It is probably caused by q-dhcp going down: http://logs.openstack.org/77/586277/11/check/ironic-grenade-dsvm/6ad6388/logs/screen-q-dhcp.txt.gz#_Sep_14_18_32_27_656143. Which, in turn, may be caused by the eventlet bump.

Perhaps [1] need to be backported to Rocky?

Boden, I don't get your point. Why does the backport related to pylint affect q-dhcp failure?

Akihiro please disregard my ref to the other patches.
I thought we had went with a different patch that changed agent code.

I'm going to need to find someone else who has more knowledge in this area to triage further.
