BGP dynamic routing in Neutron

This bug tracker is for errors with the documentation, use the following as a template and remove or add fields as you see fit. Convert [ ] into [x] to check boxes:

- x This doc is inaccurate in this way: The IP addresses of the self-service networks in the diagrams do not match the IP addresses that are configured in the configuration guide.
1. The diagram has the self-service networks in the 10.0.x.x address range. The configuration places the self-service networks in the 192.0.2.0/25, 192.0.2.128/25, and 198.51.100.0/24 address spaces.
2. If the network were in fact addressed as in the diagram, the BGP speaker would advertise none of the self-service networks, since they are not in the configured address scope.

As a result of this error, the diagrams do not accurately reflect the behavior of BGP.
