Bug Description
The job routinely takes almost 3h to execute, which results in job timeout. This may be related to Meltdown bug patched in infra. Anyway, we should strive to speed up the job, because an alternative would be splitting the job into parts, and that's not ideal (more jobs in gate means higher spurious failure rate).
We currently use concurrency=2 for the job. We should try to increase it by removing the cap, and see if it helps.
