Critical crash when using ./neutron-lbaas/drivers/f5/driver_v2.py in ocata and newton

shim driver provided in the upstream branch ocata and Newton makes neutron server crash when calling ./neutron-lbaas/drivers/f5/driver_v2.py

Is this also an issue on master and Pike branches or it affects only Ocata?

It is not affecting master nor Pike.
It is affecting Ocata and Newton.
Not sure how to get Newton updated as well.

Let's mark it as Fix Released and close it.

Note that LBaaS is an individual project Octavia. Bug tracking is done on the storyboard.
