Bug Description

Change I4499bb328f0aeb58fe583b83fb42cd2d26c1c4c1 incorrectly assumed that each resource would have an ID attribute. This is not true for subports so it was breaking push notifications for subports.

    Test coverage is provided by scenario job. We just
    need to get it voting. :)
