Bug Description

Most CLI examples in the documentation use the neutron CLI

Another small enhancement, for flow classifier creation, we should have a note/warning that with the OVS driver --logical-source-port parameter is required, to help people trying networking-sfc for the first time

    Use openstack CLI in documentation

    Also add a note on additional parameter needed with default OVS driver,
    mention project_id instead of tenant_id and update api page formatting
