Additional scenario tests to check default security group behaviour

There is a need to test the following when using the default security groups:
Having two instances with the default security group:
  a. Two instances of the same tenant can reach each other
  b. When adding ssh rule - the tester node can ssh the instances but ping fails
  c. It's possible to ping the external network from the instances

We already have some tests for security group[1]. Isn't it enough?

Do you mean that fullstack test is not enough?
