Remove references to defunct Stadium documentation

[John Davidge]

[1] and [2] both contain references to out-of-date Stadium processes. Update them to reflect the new way of doing things.

Sections to be updated:

Reference to doc/source/stadium/sub_projects.rst in [3].
Reference to [4] in [5].
Reference to [6] in [7].
