Comment 6 for bug 1525895

Note that we compile OVS from source for the functional job, so there's no longer anything stopping us merging things to Neutron that aren't available in a packaged OVS. We can be ready ahead of time so that when OVS 2.6 is released we already have support for IPv6 tunnels. I highly recommend we go down this path and not artificially block ourselves waiting for dependencies.
