FWaaS typos in comments

Fix minor set of comment typos in FWaaS files:
"interfacesr" -> "interfaces"
"dictionry" -> "dictionary"
"protacal" -> "protocol"
"implmentation" -> "implementation"
"libary" -> "library"

This issue was fixed in the openstack/neutron-fwaas 8.0.0.0b1 development milestone.
