network_device_mtu not documented in agent config files

There is no network_device_mtu notion in agent config files, while it's a supported and useful option.

removed linuxbridge, as there is no such config option for lb. Lb just takes the mtu of the physical interface and applies it to all tap intefaces.

after change https://review.openstack.org/#/c/204206/ neutron master uses oslo-config-generator to automatically create sample config files from options registered to oslo config. So in master any registered config option automatically gets its description in the automatically generated config file, and there's no need to manually update them.
