Yes, we all agree that this is something that's been requested and highly desired. The devil is in the details. So full blown spec process.

Currently there's a large refactoring of the lb agent going on [1] to make it more modular and share code with other agents. We should stay in touch to figure out how to integrate the DVR stuff and to not head into different directions.

The spec hasn't seen any update for 1 month. At this point in the cycle, I'm certain that we won't be able to get this in to Mitaka. Please look to the DVR team to get this on the plan for Newton. I added it to the agenda [1] for discussion.

I am afraid it is very unlikely that this is going to go in Mitaka. We have to defer it to Newton.

Carl Baldwin and Armando Migliaccio: I'm sorry for late reply. I would move this feature to Newton. Currently, I'm locked by other feature(Add Tag) but I will restart this process once I finish it(I hope at Mitaka-3).

Hello, I'm very interested in Linuxbridge DVR and I think it is a great feature for those who deployed ML2 Linuxbridge in production. Can I take over this work? I'd like to try to make it in Newton release
