As decribed in the neutron developer reference [1], there is no need to file any bug or blueprint now.
If you need a change to the common neutron code, please file a specific bug.
I remove "rfe" tag.

Just set up my external repo along the guidlines and it's working perfeclty without any fixes into Neutron. Great work!
